Meditation out loud is an insight meditation that differs from most forms of meditation in that it takes place in dialogue and the inner phenomena are not only perceived but also named out loud.

In this meditation process, a situation is explored that is associated with worry, doubt or confusion and requires clarification and reassurance.  During the entire meditation, I guide the practitioners to recognize which thoughts, emotions and physical sensations arise in their consciousness. Everything that appears is named and described as precisely as possible, then the meditators are invited to stay with the experience for a few moments.

In this way, what lies deeper and which we usually ignore in everyday life becomes more apparent. We can see more clearly what it is really about, what is actually important or what needs to be done. The potential of meditation out loud lies in this fine clarity, in the deep insights that are made possible by precise introspection and in the inner peace that comes through the meditation process.

The prices are graded so that financially low-income people can also take part. The price plus donation is aimed at the more well-off, whose generosity allows me to offer the discounted price option. Grading is discretionary and has no effect on the status.

Meditation out loud is a variation of Vipassana, one of the oldest meditations in the world. It has been practiced in India for 2500 years. Vipassana means seeing things as they really are. That is why it is also called insight meditation. It helps us to recognize that everything that appears inevitably passes. With regular meditation, we can increasingly realize that our thoughts, feelings, sensations and experiences are not as permanent, not as personal as we believe. This helps us to act on the basis of reality instead of worries and projections.

A basic psychological stability is a prerequisite for meditation out loud. You are welcome to take advantage of a free 15-minute preliminary conversation on Zoom to get to know me and clarify any questions you may have.
