Ana Grosse is a meditation teacher, mentor and mindfulness coach, offering online sessions in English, Spanish and French. She is from Argentina, lives in New York, and began meditating in 1995 when she attended her first 10-day silent retreat. Areas of interest include: introduction to meditation and deepening of the practice, reducing stress and anxiety, life transitions, grief support, and cultivating resilience, balance and well-being. You’ll receive guidance from experienced teachers and share a safe, supportive space with an international community of practitioners. Our ongoing **online mindfulness courses** offer deeper exploration of various topics. Everyone is welcome — beginners and experienced meditators alike.

How to Join
Join our Newsletter to receive news and all zoom invitations for our classes. Please register with your real name and keep your camera on to help create a sense of connection. You may turn it off during meditation if needed.
Preparing Your Space
Create a calm, distraction-free setting. You might use a meditation cushion or chair, silence notifications, prepare a warm drink, or light a candle.

Our mindfulness sessions are held with compassion and respect for all. We value diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Sessions are hosted on Zoom, using end-to-end encrypted technology to protect your privacy. Please help us keep this space safe by treating all shared information as confidential and not recording the session in any form.
