Hi, I am so glad you´re here

My name is Corinna, I am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, living in Cologne/ Germany. When I began practicing mindfulness 15 years ago, I didn’t know that the mind could be trained. At the time, I was simply seeking more calm and clarity. What I discovered went much deeper: By gently training my attention, I learned to care for myself from within. I found new ways to relate to stress, fear, and worry – and to gently influence my well-being.

It’s a quiet kind of power – to understand how to work with your thoughts and feelings so you can live with more ease and balance. Over time, I’ve come to understand that mindfulness is not only a personal practice. It’s also essential for how we live together. When we learn to notice our impulses, to gently question the stories we carry, and to hold space for difficult feelings with compassion instead reacting on autopilot – we begin to change. We become more understanding, more patient, and feel more connected to other people. Given the increasing aggression and separation in the world, this is not a luxury, but a requirement for a peaceful coexistence – inner peace is the basis for outer peace.

Mindfulness is a journey, we all don’t have to walk alone. This is why I founded the INTERNATIONAL MEDITATION together with my friend and colleague Chornay Marshall from South Africa. The International Meditation is offered every Sunday by a collective of dedicated mindfulness teachers from South Africa, Sweden, the US, Argentina, Chile, Romania and Germany. Here, people from around the world come together to learn, practice, and support one another. I am also a member of Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield’s worldwide teacher network, the MMTCP Alumni Association and I love to co-work with German colleaguges.
