Meditation out loud

Meditation Out Loud is a guided meditation focussed on insight and clarity and a variation of Vipassana, one of the oldest meditation traditions in the world. It is a unique form of insight meditation that unfolds in dialogue — inner experiences are not only noticed but also spoken aloud.

During the session, we explore situations that bring worry, doubt, or confusion. I guide you to recognize and describe the thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations that arise, staying with each experience for a few moments. Through this fine-grained awareness, deep understanding emerges and brings hidden patterns into view, offering clarity about the situation and insight into what may need attention or change. 

As I gently guide you through this insight meditation, my intention is to help you connect with your inner world with kindness and non-judgement following understanding and insight to arise naturally. Together, we create a safe space where calm and inner balance can flourish, helping you reconnect with yourself and the present moment with warmth and compassion.
